Device compatibility
- Your device must support eSIM.
- Your device must be carrier-unlocked.
- Some devices sold in certain regions may not support eSIM. Check your model variant.
Activation
- After purchase, you receive an email with a QR code / activation code.
- Install the eSIM via QR code (recommended) or manual entry.
- Set the eSIM as the data line and enable data roaming for the eSIM.
- Activation timing depends on the plan.
Troubleshooting
- No data: ensure the eSIM is selected for mobile data and data roaming is enabled.
- APN: if provided in the email, apply the APN settings.
- Reboot the phone after installation.
