Compatibility & Activation

Device compatibility

  • Your device must support eSIM.
  • Your device must be carrier-unlocked.
  • Some devices sold in certain regions may not support eSIM. Check your model variant.

Activation

  1. After purchase, you receive an email with a QR code / activation code.
  2. Install the eSIM via QR code (recommended) or manual entry.
  3. Set the eSIM as the data line and enable data roaming for the eSIM.
  4. Activation timing depends on the plan.

Troubleshooting

  • No data: ensure the eSIM is selected for mobile data and data roaming is enabled.
  • APN: if provided in the email, apply the APN settings.
  • Reboot the phone after installation.
